Meeting Place: Starbucks (near the main entrance)

• 11:30 AM
• Should be able to get student discount, must show student card/IC (i think)
• bring along socks and gloves(can rent, if you don't have a pair)!

"Dear Hannah,

I would like to thank the Youth for their effort and time in this deco project. It was tremendous that they were willing to take up the challenge to put up the deco similar to the ones in the picture. I was really encouraged by that. Even though they may not have finished the last room, but the commitment to come back this week to finish shows their commitment. Sorry that I could not help much in the past weeks as our cell group also struggled to finish the other 3 rooms. But, it was a tremendous job as mentioned by Christine below: (From Aunty Joyce)

Extend my sincere thanks to all your team members who have supported in the deco. Excellent job done really. I marvelled at the good job that you've all had put up.

Well fellow Ripplians, i can only reiterate what both Christine & Joyce has said..All of you have been a great help, and truly reflects your heart of service. I pray that each and everyone continue to serve god with the talents He has blessed you with. Also, remember, we are humans, and need to rest too! So don't forget to rest before the long VBS weekend this week.

Take good care of all the children (for those who are athlete coaches) and for those who are leading worship (lead the children into a wonderful time of worship with god)!

Let us also remember VBS in prayer =)

-extra clothes(gonna get wet at the river)
-salt(for leeches) and repellent
-shoes/slippers
-food and snacks * A MUST *
-drinking water
-plaster
-toiletries
-BIBLE * MUST *
-raincoat?

anything else you think necessary.
DO NOT bring gameboys, PSPs, or any portable devices besides your handphone. No MP3/MP4 players either! We're gonna spend time together, not spend time with your toys =p

Art & Craft @ Ripples this week

We'll be needing lots of creative ideas this week to help with decor for Vacation Bible School! Its great that so many of you have volunteered to help out! If you can, do bring along scissors, paintbrushes, etc., so that we can work faster with more equipments :)

p/s: we might be starting earlier than usual, if you can come early, let me know, if not just come the usual time (6:30pm) and we'll end at 8pm!
